Variations to Terms and Conditions. Thomond reserves the right to amend or vary any or all of these Terms and Conditions at any time and shall notify same in writing to the Intermediary. Subject to the Intermediary’s right to terminate as set out at Clause 17 below, all such changes shall become effective from the date of service of the said notice on the Intermediary.
