Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility.   • Contractor Sales Reporting Vendor Management Fee Contractor Reports Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reporting. Contractor shall report total Cooperative Master Contract sales quarterly to Enterprise Services, as set forth below. Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Contractor shall report quarterly Cooperative Master Contract sales in Enterprise Services’ Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Enterprise Services will provide Contractor with a login password and a vendor number. The password and vendor number will be provided to the Sales Reporting Representative(s) listed on Contractor’s Bidder Profile. Data. Each sales report must identify every authorized Purchaser by name as it is known to Enterprise Services and its total combined sales amount invoiced during the reporting period (i.e., sales of an entire agency or political subdivision, not its individual subsections). The “Miscellaneous” option may be used only with prior approval by Enterprise Services. Upon request, Contractor shall provide contact information for all authorized Purchasers specified herein during the term of the Cooperative Master Contract. If there are no Cooperative Master Contract sales during the reporting period, Contractor must report zero sales. Due dates for Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reporting. Quarterly Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reports must be submitted electronically by the following deadlines for all Cooperative Master Contract sales invoiced during the applicable calendar quarter: Vendor Management Fee. Enterprise Services will invoice Contractor quarterly based on Cooperative Master Contract sales reported by Contractor. Such report shall include, at a minimum: the Goods/Services sold (including, as applicable, item number or other identifier), per unit quantities sold, items and volumes purchased by Purchaser, shipment/delivery locations by Purchaser, and Cooperative Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by Microsoft (MS) Excel. Such report is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the annual anniversary of the effective date of this Cooperative Master Contract.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Freedom has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Freedom. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Freedom (e.g. hairpinning): 1. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to any spare copper that exists to the customer premises. 2. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to an existing DLC that is not integrated. 3. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch. 4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross Connect System (DACS)- door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch). 2.6.2 Arrangements 3 and 4 above require the use of a designed circuit. Therefore, non- designed Loops such as the SL1 voice grade and UCL-ND may not be ordered in these cases. 2.6.3 If no alternate facility is available, and upon request from Freedom, and if agreed to by both Parties, BellSouth may utilize its Special Construction (SC) process to determine the additional costs required to provision facilities. Freedom will then have the option of paying the one-time SC rates to place the Loop.

Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Loss Leader; Recycled Products Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code. If Contractor will sell to the Judicial Council, or use in the performance of this Agreement, goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), then with respect to those goods: (i) Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible, and (ii) upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209.
