VAT included. All sums payable to us under this Agreement shall be deemed to include any applicable VAT.

All sums payable or other consideration provided to us by you or the Sponsor in connection with this Agreement (including, without limitation, pursuant to the fee agreement referred to in clause 10.1) are inclusive of any VAT which is or becomes chargeable on the supply or supplies for which such sums or other consideration (or any part thereof) are the whole or part of the consideration for VAT purposes and section 89 of VATA shall not apply to affect the amount of such sums or value of such other consideration.
