VCE and VPC loading where the Skills First Student:
i) meets the requirements for the Disengaged Youth loading in subclauses (b)(i) and (ii); and
ii) is undertaking training in the VCE or the VPC, for subjects reported against the VCE or VPC program codes, the ‘Subsidy’ or ‘RPL Subsidy’ will be increased by 10%; and/or
