VCGroup fees. The compliance fee for a VCGroup submission is based on the number of plans to which the compliance statement is applicable. The initial fee is $10,000. In the case of a submission with only corrections under Appendix A or B, an additional fee is due equal to the product of the number of plans in excess of 20 times $125, up to a maximum of $40,000; in any other case, the additional fee is equal to the product of the number of plans in excess of 20 times $250, up to a maximum of $90,000.
