However these quantities may vary upto +/- 30 % depending upon actual factory operation of BHEL CSU & FP plant. b) The load shown above may be re-distributed among various categories depending upon the requirement of BHEL. c) If the actual weight carried by a vehicle is more than the carrying capacity permitted for that type of the vehicle, pro-rata payment of rate shall be made depending upon the actual weight of the consignment, if truck is of higher capacity and payment will be made within loading capacity of the vehicle. However this will be considered only if the loading capacity of the vehicle is higher than or equal to actual weight and transporter will be required to attach self attested copy of RC in proof of the same along with his bill. Loading capacity of vehicle will be based on Gross Vehicle Weight (Laden weight) and Unladen weight mentioned on RC. d) For Consignment booked under Part Load category the freight shall be payable against actual weight subject to maximum of 1 MT. Above 1 MT, the consignment will be treated as ‘full truck-load’ of 3.5 MT. e) The minimum chargeable distance shall be 100 KM.

  • EMPLOYEE CATEGORIES All employees fall into one or the other of four principal categories as outlined below.

  • Category 5+ 1. Eligibility for Category 5+ a. An employee with a Teacher Qualification Service (TQS) Category 5 and an additional 30 semester credits, or equivalent, as accepted by TQS; i.
