VEHICLE CATEGORIES Clause Samples

The "Vehicle Categories" clause defines and classifies the types of vehicles that are covered or referenced within the agreement. It typically outlines specific groupings based on characteristics such as size, function, or intended use—such as passenger cars, commercial trucks, or specialty vehicles. By clearly categorizing vehicles, this clause ensures that all parties understand which vehicles are subject to the contract’s terms, reducing ambiguity and preventing disputes over coverage or obligations.
