Vehicle Damage/Loss Provisions. When an employee’s vehicle is damaged in a school 14 setting or in the course of employment (i.e. typical work hours), the District will 15 reimburse the employee, to a maximum of $1,000 per incident, for damage cause to the 16 personal vehicle. Damaged caused by the employee’s negligence will not be covered.

Damaged Damage 37 caused by the employee’s negligence will not be covered. Damage to an employee’s 38 vehicle by the District, or as the result of a District action, will be fully covered.
