Vehicle Damage/Loss Provisions. When an employee’s vehicle is damaged in a school 14 setting or in the course of employment (i.e. typical work hours), the District will 15 reimburse the employee, to a maximum of $1,000 per incident, for damage cause to the 16 personal vehicle. Damaged caused by the employee’s negligence will not be covered.
