Vehicle Licensing Sample Clauses

The Vehicle Licensing clause establishes the requirement that all vehicles used in connection with the agreement must be properly licensed according to applicable laws and regulations. This typically means that any cars, trucks, or other vehicles operated under the contract must have valid registration, display appropriate license plates, and comply with any local or national licensing standards. By including this clause, the agreement ensures that all parties are operating legally and reduces the risk of fines, penalties, or disruptions due to unlicensed vehicles.
