Vehicle Operator Responsibilities. (a) Vehicle operators are personally responsible for any violations of Federal, State or local traffic laws. (b) Employees who use GFVs are responsible for the reasonable safekeeping of the vehicle. (c) Employees shall not be required or expected to travel in or operate a GFV under conditions that are determined unsafe.
