Vehicle Program Timing. Purchaser’s regular, serial vehicle production (“SOP”) is scheduled to occur [***]. However, Seller acknowledges that Purchaser’s SOP could be delayed or postponed for a variety of factors. Actual Vehicle Program timelines, including additional deadlines related to mule and validation vehicles and SOP, will be specifically defined and conveyed by Purchaser with reasonable notice to Seller.
