Common use of VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS. You acknowledge and agree that your Vehicle shall at all times be: (a) properly registered and licensed to operate as a passenger transportation vehicle in the Territory; (b) owned or leased by you, or otherwise in your lawful possession; (c) suitable for performing the passenger transportation services contemplated by this Agreement; and (d) maintained in good operating condition, consistent with industry safety and maintenance standards for a Vehicle of its kind and any additional standards or requirements in the applicable Territory, and in a clean and sanitary condition.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS. You acknowledge and agree that your Vehicle shall at all times be: (a) properly registered and licensed to operate as a passenger transportation vehicle in each jurisdiction you provide the Services (collectively, the “Territory”); (b) owned or leased by you, or otherwise in your lawful possession; and (c) suitable for performing the passenger transportation services contemplated by this Agreement; and (d) maintained in good operating condition, consistent with industry safety and maintenance standards for a Vehicle of its kind and any additional standards or requirements in the applicable Territory, and in a clean and sanitary condition.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS. You acknowledge Customer acknowledges and agree agrees that your each Vehicle shall at all times be: (a) properly registered and licensed to operate as a passenger transportation vehicle in the Territory; (b) owned or leased by youCustomer, or otherwise in your Customer’s lawful possession; (c) suitable for performing the passenger transportation services contemplated by this Agreement; and (d) maintained in good operating condition, consistent with industry safety and maintenance standards for a Vehicle of its kind and any additional standards or requirements in the applicable Territory, and in a clean and sanitary condition.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS. You acknowledge and agree that your Vehicle shall at all times be: (a) properly registered and licensed to operate as a passenger transportation vehicle in the Territory; (b) owned or leased by you, or otherwise in your lawful possession; (c) suitable for performing the passenger transportation Transportation Plus Companionship and Assistance services contemplated by this Agreement; and (d) maintained in good operating condition, consistent with industry safety and maintenance standards for a Vehicle of its kind and any additional standards or requirements in the applicable Territory, and in a clean and sanitary condition.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS. 3.2.1. You acknowledge and agree that your the Vehicle shall at all times be: (a) properly registered and licensed to operate as a passenger transportation vehicle in the Territory, including being registered under the Act; (b) owned or leased by you, or otherwise in your lawful possession; (c) suitable for performing the passenger transportation services contemplated by this Agreement; and (d) maintained in safe, roadworthy and good operating condition, consistent with industry safety ; and maintenance standards for (e) inspected annually by a Vehicle licensed vehicle tester and a certificate of its kind and any additional standards or requirements in the applicable Territory, and in a clean and sanitary conditionroadworthiness provided to GT within 5 business days of being obtained.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS. You acknowledge and agree that your Vehicle shall at all times be: (a) properly registered and licensed to operate as a passenger transportation vehicle in the Territory; (b) owned or leased by you, or otherwise in your lawful possession; (c) suitable for performing the passenger transportation services contemplated by this Agreement; and (d) maintained in good operating condition, consistent with industry safety and maintenance standards for a Vehicle of its kind and any additional standards or requirements in the applicable Territory, and in a clean and sanitary conditionsanitarycondition.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS. You acknowledge and agree that your Vehicle shall at all times be: (a) properly registered and licensed to operate as a passenger transportation vehicle in the Territory; (b) owned or leased by you, or otherwise in your lawful possession; (c) suitable for performing the passenger transportation services contemplated by this Agreement; and (d) maintained in good operating condition, consistent with industry safety and maintenance standards for a Vehicle of its kind and any additional standards or requirements in the applicable Territory, and in a clean and sanitary condition.;

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS. You acknowledge and agree that your Vehicle shall at all times be: (a) properly registered and licensed to operate as a passenger transportation vehicle in the Territory; category you have been registered for (b) owned or leased by you, or otherwise in your lawful possession; (c) suitable for performing the passenger transportation Specialist services contemplated by this Agreement; and (d) maintained in good operating condition, consistent with industry safety and maintenance standards for a Vehicle of its kind and any additional standards or requirements in the applicable Territory, and in a clean and sanitary condition.
