Vehicle Titles. Each Borrower that maintains Trailer Inventory or Apex Trailer Inventory shall at all times maintain in place its current system for processing and safekeeping of certificates of title for used trailers constituting part of the Trailer Inventory or the Apex Trailer Inventory.
