Vehicles Purchased Sample Clauses

Vehicles Purchased. Schedule 1(f) contains a list of Company-owned vehicles that are used in the Business, including vehicle description, VINs, and estimated value of each (“Vehicles”). Buyer will evaluate the Vehicles during the Confirmatory Diligence Period with the good faith effort to purchase the Vehicles at the Closing, subject to any existing liens. Amounts that are paid by Buyer for the Vehicles shall be in addition to the Purchase Price, as defined in Section 2 below.
