Vehicular Ingress and Egress. The access road located on the Park Place Project as constituted from time to time, shall be available for ingress to and egress from the Parking Structure and/or the Surface Parking Lots, such use to be in common with Landlord, other tenants of the Park Place Project and the Building, and other persons entitled to use the same.
