Vendor Acceptance. If my business is accepted to participate in the 2021 Home and Country Living Show, sponsored by the Schoharie County Chamber of Commerce, on October 2nd and 3rd, (I/ we) the undersigned will be participating in the 2021 Home and Country Living Show and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
Vendor Acceptance. In addition to the following terms and conditions, Vendor agrees to abide by all city/county/state regulations and ordinances, as well as applicable Department of Agriculture, Department of Health, food service/food preparation, ingredient identification, labeling, and licensing requirements. Vendors must prominently display licenses in their booth. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group shall not be responsible for vendor losses as a result of non-compliance. Vendor understands and agrees that the vendor fee is non-refundable for such infractions.

A. The CFHA Annual Conference focuses on the many and varied aspects of collaborative and integrated healthcare. It has become the premiere conference of its type, bringing together practitioners, researchers, students, academicians, corporations, governmental agencies, foundations and many others. More than 400 attendees are expected to attend the three‐day Conference which includes preconference workshops; three plenary sessions and more than 50 educational breakout sessions.
