Common use of Vendor Accountability Clause in Contracts

Vendor Accountability. Work requirements (e.g., statement of work, technical specifications, etc.) provided in the services agreement should clearly define all performance objectives, deliverables, specifications, work expectations, and project milestones. The PI must hold the contractor accountable for the successful completion of the tasks outlined in the services agreement.
