Common use of Vendor Contract Administrator Clause in Contracts

Vendor Contract Administrator. Vendor shall provide a dedicated Contract Administrator whose duties shall include but not be limited to: i) supporting the marketing and management of the Contract, ii) facilitating dispute resolution between Vendor and a Customer, and iii) advising DIR of Vendor’s performance under the terms and conditions of the Contract. DIR reserves the right to require a change in Vendor’s then-current Contract Administrator if the assigned Contract Administrator is not, in the opinion of DIR, adequately serving the needs of the State.
