Common use of Vendor Contract Administrator Clause in Contracts

Vendor Contract Administrator. The Vendor shall appoint a Vendor Contract Administrator for the Purchaser’s account. The Vendor Contract Administrator will be the principal point of contact for the CIS Contract Administrator concerning the Vendor's performance hereunder and for receipt of notices. The Vendor Contract Administrator will also serve as the focal point for business matters, support coordination, and administrative activities.
