Common use of Vendor further agrees Clause in Contracts

Vendor further agrees. (I) to participate in training associated with the requirements of this section article, if so requested by Prudential, (ii) to immediately notify Prudential in writing if subsequent developments cause the statements in this section article to be inaccurate or incomplete, and (iii) that simultaneously with its execution of the Agreement, and upon Prudential's request from time to time thereafter, to provide a written certificate in form and substance satisfactory to Prudential (see Exhibit 4 attached hereto), indicating that Vendor is, and to its knowledge all Representatives and sub-contractors, if any, are, in compliance with sub-paragraphs 13.19.1 and 13.19.2 above. Upon Prudential's request, Vendor will also obtain from its Representatives, and sub-contractors, if any, written certificate(s) in the form of Exhibit 4 attached hereto and provide a copy of such certificate(s) to Prudential.
