Common use of Vendor Indebted to Corporation Clause in Contracts

Vendor Indebted to Corporation. If, at the time of sale, the vendor is indebted to the Corporation or any Subsidiary, the purchaser shall have the right to satisfy such indebtedness out of the purchase price payable for the Shares.
