Common use of Vendor Indebted to Corporation Clause in Contracts

Vendor Indebted to Corporation. If at the time of such sale the Vendor shall be indebted to the Corporation, the Purchaser shall at the Vendor's option pay, satisfy and discharge such indebtedness out of the purchase price payable for the Shares.
