Common use of Vendor Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Vendor Insurance Coverage. VENDOR shall purchase and maintain throughout the life of this Agreement, such insurance as will protect it and GTECH from claims set forth below which may arise out of or result from the VENDOR's operations under this Agreement whether such operations be by it or by any subcontractor or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable. VENDOR shall cause GTECH to be additional insured under all coverages except Workers' Compensation. Appropriate endorsements will be attached to state that the VENDOR's policy will be primary to any other policies that may be in effect.
