Vendor Introductions Sample Clauses

Vendor Introductions. Between the date hereof and the Initial Closing, promptly following any request by the Purchaser, the Sellers shall use Reasonable Efforts to introduce the Purchaser to any Vendor counterparty to any Material Vendor Contract identified on Schedule 1.1(d)(ii), so as to assist the Purchaser in establishing its own vendor relationship with such Vendor.
