Common use of Vendor is a Qualified Vendor Clause in Contracts

Vendor is a Qualified Vendor. The City and Vendor (each, a “Party” and jointly, the “Parties”) desire to enter into this Agreement so that Vendor may receive a subgrant of the proceeds of the WIA Grant (hereinafter defined as the “Subgrant”) in consideration for Vendor’s participation in the City’s WIA Programs and provision of services to Qualified Participants upon the request of the City.
