Vendor Managed Inventory Sample Clauses

A Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) clause establishes that the supplier is responsible for monitoring and replenishing the buyer’s inventory levels. Under this arrangement, the vendor tracks stock usage, forecasts demand, and ensures timely delivery of products to maintain agreed-upon inventory thresholds at the buyer’s location. This clause streamlines supply chain operations by reducing stockouts and excess inventory, ultimately improving efficiency and minimizing the risk of supply disruptions.
