Vendor Presentations. Vendors will be asked to make formal presentations. These presentations will be used to provide the evaluation team with a clearer understanding of the vendor‘s proposal. Vendors will not be awarded any points for the presentation; however, the presentations will be used to determine the overall ability of the vendor to meet contract technical requirements.
Vendor Presentations. The College reserves the right to conduct interviews, if deemed necessary, to assist the College in making the best possible selection decision. Selected Vendors may be required to make oral presentations, and respond to any additional questions that arise during Black Hawk College’s review of the Vendor’s proposal. Failure of a Vendor to conduct a presentation on the date scheduled may result in rejection of the Vendor’s proposal.
