VENDOR PUBLICATIONS Sample Clauses

The 'Vendor Publications' clause governs the rights and limitations regarding the vendor's ability to publish information related to the contract or the client's business. Typically, this clause specifies whether the vendor can publicly reference the client, disclose project details, or use the client's name and logo in marketing materials. It may require the vendor to obtain prior written consent before making any such disclosures. The core function of this clause is to protect the client's confidentiality and brand reputation by controlling how and when the vendor can publicize their relationship or work.
