Common use of Vendor Use of Citizens Data Clause in Contracts

Vendor Use of Citizens Data. Vendor is permitted to collect, process, store, generate, and display Citizens Data only to the extent necessary for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing the Services. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that it shall: (a) keep and maintain Citizens Data in strict confidence, using such degree of care as is appropriate and consistent with its obligations as further described in this Section 16 and applicable law to avoid unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss; and,
