Common use of Vendor Use of Citizens Data Clause in Contracts

Vendor Use of Citizens Data. Vendor is permitted to collect, process, store, generate, and display Citizens Data only to the extent necessary for the sole and exclusive purpose of delivering the Services. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that it shall: (a) keep and maintain Citizens Data in strict confidence, using such degree of care as is appropriate and consistent with its obligations as further described in this Section and applicable law to avoid unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss; and, (b) not use, sell, rent, transfer, distribute, or otherwise disclose or make available Citizens Data for Vendor’s own purposes or for the benefit of anyone other than Citizens without Citizens’ prior written consent.
