Common use of Vendors Clause in Contracts

Vendors. DCH allows the use of vendors, including musicians, florists, and decorators, by Client in connection with the Event; however, DCH reserves the sole and exclusive right to deny approval of any vendor at DCH’s sole discretion. DCH shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Client as a result of DCH’s refusal to approve any vendor. All vendors' materials are the responsibility of Client and are to be removed at the conclusion of Event. Client is responsible for repairs due to damage occurring in or on the Facility through the acts or omission of Client's vendors.
