Common use of Ventures Clause in Contracts

Ventures. If Executive, during employment with Company, is engaged in or associated with the planning or implementation of any project, program, or venture involving Company and any third parties, all rights in the project, program, or venture shall belong to Company, and Executive shall not be entitled to any interest therein or to any commission, finder's fee, or other compensation in connection therewith other than the salary and other benefits to be paid or provided to Executive as provided in this Agreement.

Ventures. If ExecutiveIf, during employment with Companythe Term of Employment, Executive is engaged in or associated with the planning or implementation implementing of any project, program, program or venture involving the Company and any a third party or parties, all rights in the such project, program, program or venture shall belong to the Company. Except as formally approved by the Company’s Board of Directors, and Executive shall not be entitled to any interest therein in such project, program or venture or to any commission, finder's fee, ’s fee or other compensation in connection therewith other than the salary and or other benefits compensation to be paid or provided to Executive as provided in this Agreement.

Executive shall have no interest, direct or indirect, in any customer or supplier that conducts business with the salary and other benefits to be paid or provided to Executive as provided in this AgreementCompany.

If ExecutiveIf, during employment with Companythe term of his employment, the Executive is engaged in or associated with the planning or implementation implementing of any project, program, venture or venture relationship involving the Company and any a third party or parties, all rights in the such project, program, venture or venture relationship shall belong to the Company. Except as approved by the Board, and the Executive shall not be entitled to any interest therein in such project, program, venture or relationship or to any commission, finder's fee, fee or other compensation in connection therewith other than the salary and other benefits to be paid or provided to Executive as provided in this Agreementtherewith.

If Executive, during employment engagement with the Company, is engaged in or associated with the planning or implementation of any project, program, or venture involving the Company and any third parties, all rights in the project, program, or venture shall belong to the Company, and Executive shall not be entitled to any interest therein or to any commission, finder's fee, or other compensation in connection therewith other than the salary and other benefits compensation to be paid or provided to Executive as provided in this Agreement.
