Common use of VENTURI STOCK Clause in Contracts

VENTURI STOCK. As additional consideration for the Shares, Buyer shall issue to Sellers a total of One Hundred Fifty Thousand (150,000) shares of Buyer's authorized but unissued $0.001 par value common stock. Said shares shall be evidenced by two (2) separate certificates, each in the amount of Seventy-Five Thousand (75,000) shares to each of the Sellers individually.

VENTURI STOCK. As additional consideration for the Shares, Buyer shall issue to Sellers a total of One Four Hundred Fifty Eighty-Two Thousand Five Hundred (150,000482,500) shares of Buyer's authorized but unissued $0.001 par value common stock. Said shares shall be evidenced by two (2) separate certificates, each certificates in the an equal amount of Seventy-Five Thousand (75,000) shares issued to each of the Sellers individually.

VENTURI STOCK. As additional consideration for the Shares, Buyer shall issue to Sellers a total of Ninety-One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Thousand (150,00091,500) shares of Buyer's authorized but unissued $0.001 par value common stock. Said shares shall be evidenced by two (2) separate certificates, each certificates in the amount of Seventy-Five Thousand (75,000) 45,750 shares issued to each of the Sellers individually.

VENTURI STOCK. As additional consideration for the Shares, Buyer shall issue to Sellers a total of Twenty One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Thousand (150,00021,500) shares of Buyer's authorized but unissued $0.001 par value common stock. Said shares shall be evidenced by two (2) separate certificates, each in the amount of Seventy-Five Thousand (75,000) certificates representing 10,750 shares issued to each of the Sellers individuallyindividuals comprising the Sellers.
