VENUE AND CONTROLLING LAW. On behalf of myself, and/or on behalf of minor child(ren)/xxxx(s), I agree and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Missouri, and any federal or state court located in Liberty, Missouri, in connection with any lawsuits, actions, claims or proceedings arising out of or in relation to any lawsuit, claim or action arising as a result of the participation in ACTIVITIES in or about the facility by myself and/or child(ren)/xxxx(s) and/or claims asserted by myself and/or child(ren)/xxxx(s) against ABOVE ALL PARKS and all SUPPLIERS related to such participation in ACTIVITIES. On behalf of myself, and/or on behalf of minor child(ren)/xxxx(s), I further agree that this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. By signing this document, I understand that I may be found by a court of law to have forever waived my and my child(ren)/xxxx(s) right to maintain any action against ABOVE ALL PARKS on the basis of any claim from which I have released ABOVE ALL PARKS and any released party herein, and that I have assumed all risk of damage, loss, personal injury, or death to myself, and/or my minor child(ren)/xxxx(s) and agreed to indemnify and hold harmless ABOVE ALL PARKS and all SUPPLIERS from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, obligations, costs, damages and/or expenses whatsoever paid, incurred and/or suffered by ABOVE ALL PARKS and all SUPPLIERS as a result of the participation in ACTIVITIES in or about the facility by myself and/or child(ren)/xxxx(s) and/or claims asserted by myself and/or child(ren)/xxxx(s) against ABOVE ALL PARKS and all SUPPLIERS related to such participation in ACTIVITIES. I have had a reasonable and sufficient opportunity to read and understand this entire document and consult with legal counsel, or have voluntarily waived my right to do so.
