Venue Rental Pricing. Licensee shall pay to Licensor a total rental fee based on the tier selected on the Rental Fee Schedule. This fee grants Licensee the license to use and occupy the Venue, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, from 9:00am to midnight on the Event Date.
