Common use of Veracity of Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Veracity of Representations and Warranties. The representations and warranties of United contained herein or in any certificate, schedule or other document delivered pursuant to the provisions hereof, or in connection herewith, shall be true in all material respects as of the date when made and shall be deemed to be made again at and as of the Closing Date and shall be true in all material respects at and as of such time, except as a result of changes or events expressly permitted or contemplated herein.
