Verbal Acknowledgment. The Contractor agrees to give verbal acknowledgment to Fulton County by using the credit line listed in Paragraph IV(A)(1) above in pre-program introductions, curtain speeches, or other forms of verbal communication with the audience in all of the contracted services as outlined in Paragraph I.
