Verbal Instructions. No negotiations, decisions, or actions shall be initiated or executed by the Contractor as a result of any discussions with any Department employee. Only those communications that are in writing from the Department’s staff identified in Section IV., Contract Management, of this Contract shall be considered a duly authorized expression on behalf of the Department. Only communications from the Contractor’s representative identified in Section IV., C., which are in writing and signed, will be recognized by the Department as duly authorized expressions on behalf of the Contractor.
Verbal Instructions. For certain Services, we may at our discretion choose to honor your request to give us verbal instructions. You agree that we may in good faith rely on such verbal instructions that purport to come from your authorized Agent without independent verification by Bank.
Verbal Instructions. You acknowledge that it is customary for Buy Orders and Sell Orders to be given verbally. You hereby authorize FideliTrade to accept and act upon your verbal instructions, or anyone whom You authorize to act on your behalf, without inquiry, investigation, or prior notice to You. You agree to keep confidential your personal identifying information and the account number assigned to your account, and to take every precaution necessary to prevent unauthorized access to your account and/or the issuance of unauthorized or fraudulent instructions to FideliTrade. You further agree to immediately notify FideliTrade of any unauthorized acts or fraudulent acts taking place in your account or elsewhere, that You know about or You should know about in the exercise of ordinary care. FideliTrade may rely conclusively on the authenticity of any verbal instructions it receives where the issuer of such instructions correctly provides your account number or any other method of identification that FideliTrade relies upon in good faith. FideliTrade shall not be liable to You for any losses or damages that You may suffer due to unauthorized access to your account, FideliTrade’s good faith reliance on any unauthorized or fraudulent verbal instructions that it receives, or errors or omissions arising out of such unauthorized access or verbal instructions. FideliTrade reserves the right to refuse a Buy or Sell Order if it is prohibited by applicable law, or if FideliTrade is otherwise unable to comply with your instructions.

Only communications from the Contractor’s representative identified in Section IV., B., which are in writing and signed, will be recognized by the County as duly authorized expressions on behalf of the Contractor.
Verbal Instructions. Notwithstanding any other provision herein regarding the delivery of notices by a Borrower, the Agent shall in its sole discretion be entitled to act upon the verbal instructions of the Relevant Borrower, or any Person reasonably believed by the Agent to be a Person authorized by the Relevant Borrower to give instructions, regarding any request for a Drawdown, Conversion or Rollover. All such verbal instructions shall be at the risk of the Relevant Borrower and must be confirmed in writing by the Relevant Borrower forthwith after the verbal instruction is given. The Agent shall not be responsible for any error or omission in such instructions or in the performance thereof except in the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Agent.
Verbal Instructions. In the course of providing the Card services, I acknowledge that CCB (Asia) may (but is not obliged to) record verbal instructions received from me and/or any verbal communication between me and CCB (Asia) in relation to such services. Verbal instructions shall be given and will only be accepted in accordance with such procedures and in such manner as CCB (Asia) may from time to time specify. I agree that, after reasonable verification of identity,
(i) any verbal instructions given by me shall be irrevocable;
(ii) CCB (Asia) is entitled to act on such verbal instructions; and (iii) any transaction effected as a result of such verbal instructions shall, in the absence of any wilful default or gross negligence on the part of CCB (Asia) in processing such transaction, be binding on me.

Only those communications which are in writing from the Department’s administrative or project staff identified in Section V., AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT, of this Agreement shall be considered as a duly authorized expression on behalf of the Department. Only communications from the Agency that are signed and in writing will be recognized by the Department as duly authorized expressions on behalf of the Agency.
Verbal Instructions. I agree that you will not be liable for honoring any verbal instructions, including those by telephone, to purchase, exchange, or redeem Fund shares which you receive from any person claiming to be me, provided you have followed your normal customer verification procedures. You will not be liable for any unauthorized redemptions provided you have disposed of the proceeds in a manner provided for redemptions in Paragraph 8. You will not be liable for any unauthorized exchanges provided you have invested the proceeds in a manner provided for exchanges in Paragraph 8.
Verbal Instructions. You acknowledge that it is customary for Buy Orders and Sell Orders to be given verbally. You hereby authorize Clearing Service to act upon the verbal instructions of anyone whom your IBD it authorizes to act on your behalf. Clearing Service reserves the right to record any telephone conversations without further notice, including orders and instructions that it receives directly from you in the event that IBD is unavailable.

Notwithstanding any other provision herein regarding the delivery of notices by the Borrower, the Lender shall in its sole discretion be entitled to act upon the verbal instructions of the Borrower, or any Person reasonably believed by the Lender to be a Person authorized by the Borrower to give instructions regarding any request. All such verbal instructions shall be at the risk of the Borrower and must be confirmed in writing by the Borrower on the same Banking Day as the verbal instruction is given. The Lender shall not be responsible for any error or omission in such instructions or in the performance thereof except in the case of negligence or wilful misconduct by the Lender as determined by a final order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
