Verification for Payment. 20 To receive pay for work time lost, an employee must promptly notify their Department 21 Head of any notice received to report for jury examination, jury, or witness service 22 and must provide the Company with a statement by an official of the court certifying 23 as to the length of time and date of the employee's appearance for examination, or as 24 to service or appearance in court, and the date or dates of attendance. 25
