Verification of Accounts and Notices to Account Debtors. Administrative Agent shall have the right at any time and from time to time, to verify the validity and amount of any Account and any other matter relating to an Account, by communicating in writing or orally directly with the Account Debtor or any Person who represents or Administrative Agent believes represents the Account Debtor.
