Common use of Verification of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Verification of Accounts. The Administrative Agent and Lenders shall have the right, at any time or times hereafter, in the name of the Administrative Agent or a nominee of the Administrative Agent, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of the Borrower, by mail, telephone, facsimile or otherwise.

Verification of Accounts. The Administrative Agent and Lenders shall have the right, at any time after the occurrence and continuance of a Default or times hereafteran Event of Default, in the name of the Administrative Agent or a nominee of the Administrative Agent, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of the Borrower, by mail, telephone, facsimile or otherwise.
