Verification of Client Notes Clause Samples

Verification of Client Notes. Lender shall have the right, at any time or times hereafter, in its name or in the name of a nominee of Lender, to verify with the maker thereof or any third party the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Client Notes, by mail, telephone, telegraph or otherwise.
