Common use of Verification of Termination Clause in Contracts

Verification of Termination. Upon receipt of the Option Termination Notice, Kite Realty agrees that, if this Agreement is terminated, in accordance with its terms, Kite Realty will execute, acknowledge and deliver to Optionor in recordable form with appropriate authorization for recording, within 10 days from request therefore, a quitclaim deed or any other document reasonably requested by Optionor or a title insurance company to verify the termination of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Option.
