Common use of Verification of Termination Clause in Contracts

Verification of Termination. Upon receipt of the Option Termination Notice, the Operating Partnership agrees that, if the Option is terminated, it will execute, acknowledge and deliver to Optionor in recordable form with appropriate authorization for recording, within ten days from request therefore, a quitclaim deed or any other document reasonably requested by Optionor or a title insurance company to verify the termination of the Option.
