VERIFICATION OF TRANSACTION. Transaction records issued with respect to an electronic fund transfer will be subject to verification and adjustment in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Bank and applicable law. Where there is a conflict between a transaction record and the Bank’s record, the Bank’s record shall control.
