Common use of Verification Reporting Clause in Contracts

Verification Reporting. The Contractor shall provide daily and weekly status reports on total Verifications completed. The progress will be monitored by daily review of reports and status of attempts made for Verifications in process and Verifications completed per Customer Service Representative (CSR). Contractor shall meet the following Verification performance standards: ⮚ The State and the Contractor will agree upon the goal for number of verifications per hour by the end of the third week of the Verification project.
