Verified Least Privilege. In addition to initial and periodic determinations of least privileged access undertaken for Cellco Confidential Information, with respect to Cellco Highly Confidential Information, Servicer shall verify continued entitlement to access consistent with PLP at least annually (and at least every ninety (90) days for elevated privilege or administrator accounts for applications/systems/databases subject to Sarbanes Oxley 404 requirements or Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements or equivalent non- USA international requirements), using processes that provide independent assurance.
