In no event shall this Agreement, or any rights or privileges hereunder, be an asset of Customer under any bankruptcy, insolvency, or reorganization proceedings, or in any other manner whatsoever; however, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their legal representatives, and permitted transferees, successors, and assigns.
