Verizon Enterprise Center (VEC) Termination Requirement. Customer may only terminate Services for Convenience by completing Verizon’s standard form via the VEC online portal at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, as such URL may be updated from time to time. Any other means of providing notice (including, without limitation, postal mail or email to Customer’s account representative) has no effect, even if actually received by Verizon.
