Vermin Sample Clauses

Vermin. Tenant agrees to keep the Premises free of vermin infestation. If the Premises becomes infested with vermin, Tenant, at its own expense, shall cause the vermin to be exterminated from time to time to the satisfaction of Landlord. Tenant also agrees to seek prior approval from the Landlord before employing any exterminators, or exterminator companies.

Vermin. Tenant shall, at its expense, cause the Premises to be exterminated, from time to time as Landlord may reasonably direct or whenever there is evidence of infestation to Landlord's reasonable satisfaction, by licensed exterminators approved by Landlord.
Vermin. SUBTENANT shall keep the Premises free from vermin and in so doing shall procure and pay for any professional pest control service which may be necessary from time to time and a failure by SUBTENANT to comply with this provision shall be deemed to constitute a consent that LANDLORD may enter the premises for the purpose of exterminating any such vermin and any costs thereof shall be payable to LANDLORD by the SUBTENANT. SUBTENANT hereby further consents to entry of LANDLORD or anyone designated by LANDLORD for the purpose of treating the Rented Premises for pest control purposes.

Vermin. To take all due precautions to prevent the Premises from becoming infested with insects or vermin. The Tenant shall employ at its own expense such pest extermination contractors as the Landlord may require and at such intervals as the Landlord may direct. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, in the event of the Premises becoming so infested, the Tenant shall pay for the cost of extermination or deinfestation as arranged or approved by the Landlord and the selected exterminators shall be given full access to the Premises for such purpose.
Vermin. The Lessee shall take all reasonable precautions to keep the Premises free of rodents, vermin, insects, birds and animals and in the event of his failure so to do the Lessee will if and so often as required by the Lessor but at the cost of the Lessee employ pest exterminators approved by the Lessor.
