Common use of Vermin Clause in Contracts

Vermin. To take all due precautions to prevent the Premises from becoming infested with insects or vermin. The Tenant shall employ at its own expense such pest extermination contractors as the Landlord may require and at such intervals as the Landlord may direct. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, in the event of the Premises becoming so infested, the Tenant shall pay for the cost of extermination or deinfestation as arranged or approved by the Landlord and the selected exterminators shall be given full access to the Premises for such purpose.
