Common use of Vermont Certification Clause in Contracts

Vermont Certification. Agency certifies that it will comply with applicable provisions under Vermont law. In particular, Agency certifies that it will order Data relating to Vermont residents, that are credit reports as defined by the VFCRA, only after Agency has received prior consumer consent in accordance with VFCRA § 2480e and applicable Vermont Rules. Agency further certifies that the attached copy of VFCRA § 2480e applicable Vermont Rules were received from EVS.

Vermont Certification. Agency certifies that it will comply with applicable provisions under Vermont law. In particular, Agency certifies that it will order Data relating to Vermont residents, that are credit reports as defined by the VFCRA, only after Agency has received prior consumer consent in accordance with VFCRA § 2480e and applicable Vermont Rules. Agency further certifies that the attached copy of VFCRA § 2480e applicable Vermont Rules were received from EVSContractor.

Vermont Certification. Agency Client certifies that it will comply with applicable provisions under Vermont law. In particular, Agency Client certifies that it will order Data information services relating to Vermont residents, residents that are credit reports as defined by the VFCRA, only after Agency Client has received prior consumer consent in accordance with VFCRA § Section 2480e and applicable Vermont Rules. Agency Client further certifies that the attached copy of VFCRA § Section 2480e applicable Vermont Rules were received from EVS.Equifax, as referenced on Exhibit D.

Vermont Certification. Agency Member certifies that it will comply with applicable provisions under Vermont lawlaw (VFCRA). In particular, Agency Member certifies that it will order Data Consumer Reports relating to Vermont residents, that are credit reports as defined by the VFCRA, only after Agency Member has received prior consumer consent in accordance with VFCRA § 2480e and applicable Vermont Rules. Agency Member further certifies that the attached copy of VFCRA § 2480e applicable Vermont Rules were received from EVSBefore U Xxxx.xxx.

Vermont Certification. Agency Company certifies that it will comply with applicable provisions under Vermont law. In particular, Agency Company certifies that it will order Data relating to Vermont residents, that are credit reports as defined by the VFCRA, only after Agency Company has received prior consumer consent in accordance with VFCRA § 2480e and applicable Vermont Rules. Agency Company further certifies that the attached copy of VFCRA § 2480e applicable Vermont Rules were received from EVS.

Vermont Certification. Agency If applicable, Client certifies that it will comply with applicable provisions under Vermont law. In particular, Agency Client certifies that it will order Data Employment Information relating to Vermont residents, that residents which are credit consumer reports as defined by the Vermont Fair Credit Reporting Act (“VFCRA”), only after Agency Client has received prior consumer Consumer consent in accordance with VFCRA § Section 2480e and applicable Vermont Rules. Agency Client further certifies that the attached a copy of VFCRA § Section 2480e applicable of the Vermont Rules were Fair Credit Reporting Statute, attached hereto as Attachment A-3, was received from EVSADP.
